Founder of 45 Solutions

T.J. Butler established 45 Solutions in 2023, just outside Philadelphia in Bucks County, PA.

T.J. has over 25 years of experience working for other companies. With over twenty years of experience in HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition Management, and Recruiting Management, T.J. started 45 Solutions to assist businesses in maintaining the human aspect of HR services.

His primary focus is supporting and empowering organizations to achieve their goals and vision while creating a rewarding career path for their employees. T.J. strongly believes that honesty and integrity are crucial in any business relationship, and he runs his business using a servant leadership model. T.J. believes in serving his community and in providing service to others; he is part of his local Rotary Chapter and is an advisor to multiple board directors for different groups (see the links below).

When he's not working, T.J. enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife and two teenage children, and watching ANY football he can (Go Birds).
